Refund policy

Returns

All online orders are baked to the specifications seen in the product descriptions, and variables selected by the customer when placing the order. Any special requests must be made by placing a custom order, which may result in a price difference, based on the details of the order. By placing the order, you agree to accept the product as described on the ordering site. No refunds are issued for orders that are made in error. Please double check your order details carefully before submitting. Online orders cannot be changed once they are submitted.

Refunds

In the rare occasion that a refund is necessary, the product must be non-consumable and uneaten product must be returned to the baker. No refunds are given on products that are consumed.
